Manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Turkish Academic Novelty (TAN) must be original, must not have been previously published, and must not be under simultaneous consideration by another journal or publication outlet.
By submitting their manuscripts to the journal, the authors declare that the manuscript is their own original work, does not involve any ethical misconduct, does not infringe the copyrights of third parties, and that the final version of the manuscript has been reviewed and approved by all authors.
The copyright of works published in the Journal of Turkish Academic Novelty (TAN) belongs to the authors. Authors grant permission for their works to be first published in the Journal of Turkish Academic Novelty (TAN) and grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and make the work electronically accessible.
Works published in the journal are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. Under this license, works may be shared, reproduced, and adapted, provided that appropriate attribution is given and the use is for non-commercial purposes.
Commercial use of published works is not permitted under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, and separate permission must be obtained from the copyright holder for such uses.
For manuscripts accepted for publication in the Journal of Turkish Academic Novelty (TAN), completion and signature of the Copyright and Publication License Form by all authors is mandatory. Authors must complete the form in full, sign it with wet signatures, and submit a scanned copy of the signed form to the journal in PDF format.
The publication process will not be completed for manuscripts for which the form has not been duly completed and submitted.
